Mug Shot: Cardinal Mug

 Isn't this mug gorgeous? I love cardinals. From a spiritual/folkoric perspective they're said to represent luck, abundance, new beginnings or messages from those who've passed on. And I'll take any of those, thank you. 

My parents used to live in a house with a mirrored window, and cardinals were constantly trying to fight their reflections in it. All day long you could hear them smashing against the glass. I miss that.

Anyway, it's a great mug with an interesting texture. And an immature cardinal on the other side (see below).  

This mug also reminds me of this week's release--Winter World of Love, which also has a theme of renewal.
